1. Program Description
Get Lit Lighting and Outdoor Services LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Get Lit Lighting and Outdoor Services LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.

7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Content of Messages
Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, and other content related to permanent LED lighting installation and outdoor services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Lit Lighting and Outdoor Services LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to delayed or undelivered messages.
